Job Description

Will support patients with difficulties completing basic tasks like personal hygiene, housekeeping and other daily needs as required by patient or by following the patients’ prescribed healthcare plan.

Requirements

✔ Registered through the State of California

✔ Must have a valid California ID or license

✔ Must be able to pass background check

✔ TB Clearance (recent) or Chest X-Ray

✔ Must have Covid-19 Vaccination
